Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping on all orders directly from our manufacturer in Asia to save carbon footprint. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered to wherever it is most convenient to you.
• United States (except Alaska & Hawaii)- free shipping for all orders above $180 USD; for orders below $180 USD, shipping will cost a flat fee of $25USD.
Alaska, Hawaii & US APO/FPO addresses: flat fee of US$ 30
• APAC – free shipping for all orders above $180 USD; for orders below $180 USD, shipping will cost a flat fee of $25 USD.
• Australia & New Zealand – shipping will cost a flat fee of $30 USD.
• For other countries and regions, shipping fee will be $30 USD.
We want you to have your new OLEADA as soon as possible. In-stock items are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days after the order is placed; if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page.
• Customs duty may occur for international orders outside the U.S. If you encounter any issues regarding duty, please contact our customer service at hello@OLEADA.shop and our team will gladly assist you.
We usually dispatch orders within 3 working days for in-stock items. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking information. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Due to reduced airline capacity because of COVID, delivery might be extended and we appreciate your understanding.
In case of lost package or an order returned to the sender, please send an email to the following address: hello@OLEADA.shop. We will do our best to attend to your inquiry as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction means the world to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply send a request to hello@oleadashop.com within 14 days of delivery. Remember to mention your order number in the email title and our team will help you as soon as we can.
Please notice the items should be returned in perfect condition with all tags attached in original packaging. On-sale and personalized orders are final and not eligible for return.
• United States - - free return except Alaska & Hawaii; For Alaska, Hawaii & US APO/FPO addresses, return shipping will cost a flat fee of US$ 30
• APAC – free return
• Australia & New Zealand – return shipping fee will be $35 USD.
• For other countries and regions - return shipping fee will be $30 USD.
Shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to process. We’ll send an email once the item has been received and your refund has been processed. You will receive the full refund in your original form of payment deducting shipping fee if any.
You can also choose a refund in store credit, in which case we will cover all shipping and processing costs.
Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable if any.
