Please note the items should be returned in perfect condition with all tags attached in their original packaging.
Sale and personalized orders are final and not eligible for return.
The cost of return shipping varies based on your location. Any return shipping fee will be deducted directly from your refund.
United States (except Alaska & Hawaii): free return.Alaska & Hawaii: flat rate of $30 USD. Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, & the Phillippines: free return. Australia & New Zealand: flat rate of $40 USD. Other countries and regions: flat rate of $35 USD.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to process. We’ll send an email once the returned item has been received and your refund has been processed. You will receive the refund in your original form of payment deducting the shipping fee if any.
You can also choose to get a refund in store credit, in which case we will cover all shipping and processing costs.
Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable if any.
Damaged or Defective Item
Please reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item is damaged on the way, we will send you a new item as a replacement. You can also choose a refund in store credit, in which case we will cover all shipping and processing costs.
